How often will I get this pack?

Our Wigglebutt Pack is mailed out once per month between the 15th & 17th.

When will I be billed?

You will be charged immediately for your first pack upon subscribing. Your account will re-bill on the following months renewal date of the 25th.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We make it easy to cancel your subscription at any time.  To cancel just log in to your account, choose EDIT under YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, then choose CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.  Suspending your subscription may also be an option for you (see next question).

Can I pause or suspend my subscription?

Yes you can.  To suspend or skip a month, just log in to your account, choose EDIT under YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, then choose SKIP NEXT RENEWAL.

What if my dogs kerchief doesn't fit or I have a new growing puppy?

You can make changes to your account at any time.  Just log in and under update your information edit the size and make the changes for your next pack.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time we are only shipping within the United States.  Soon we will be adding Canada and possibly adding more countries after that.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $2.99.
